Anecdote of today

Hey there, this was an interesting occurence that happened to me today.
I was sitting on a wall eating my lunch and starting talking to this builder man, the conversation turned to Alpha cos we were outside the church where I work and so I told him what happened inside the building (lots of people working on the Alpha course) then to God, as is natural, then after a while of explaining his theological viewpoint he was like 'I just saw something, you are beautiful', then 'I am going now because I have embarrased myself'. I don't think I'll go back to the wall for lunch anymore. It would be uncomfortable if he was there too, which is a shame because it is my favourite place to eat lunch when it is sunny. The wall is fairly crap actually, its just a low bit of wall in the sun, but its the best thing we've got, and I can kid myself that I am getting a tan when I sit there.
The thing is I think it is ok that he said that, like why can you not say stuff like that? That is the question I would like to ask today. Why did he have to be embarrassed and wierd about saying that afterwards? Really, truly, I think that potentially that is ok. Obviously potentially it is not, if he is trying to get something, but I don't know if he was, so this is the question, another question, to which I have an opinion, but would like to know what you think about it.
